I nailed it!!!!

Oh my gosh my world just stopped! I am the happiest person alive. I finally got the opportunity to do this photo with this precious little one. After 2 hours of playing with this infant trying to wear him out... his mommy and I finally were able to get baby to sleep so we could prop for this photo. Thank you mommy for patiently working with me!

Note: If you are going to try this pose... use a baby whose mother you know... it is not as easy as it looks! This mommy of this dear little boy is part of my family so it was okay for me to spend two hours of her and my time for 1 photo! :D I hope she loves this cause I think it is the only one we got yesterday!

Finally got pictures uploaded from my boy's magic party. We had so much fun even though it was a hundred degrees outside that day! (no really it was!) Which would explain the red crab faces on most of the kids! :D

My cake! I was so proud of it!


We did a carnival set up and I paid some teens to run each booth and give out tickets! It allowed me free range to take pics while the kids played. Worked out great! And the kids loved it.


The kids made goofy magician hats out of construction paper and paper plates!


These are the teens I hired for to run the booths.... Lol! I think they are having fun too!

A Day at the River with the Kiddos

We took the kids out to the River for a few hours and found an awesome rope swing that the kids played on for hours!

The rope swing was definately the highlight!


and Madison got a new lunch box that she was so excited about. Ryan and Jacob are both getting ready to start school soon and Madison felt left out at the store! So I invested $3.00 into her happiness and let her get a lunchbox! Thanks Wal-Mart for the smiles!

This session was for my sister Jenny and her family. Here are a few of my favorites taken! We had a half hour session with only the girls since the boys were late... so we didn't get to start till around 8:00 and we lost light fast... may have to do reshoot!
