Would you consider this artwork? :D

I have always wanted to do this... and finally this "thing" is big enough to paint! You can't miss it... it can be called "Ginormica" Like on Monsters Vs. Aliens. :D

My kids had soooo much fun! This little 10 minute MESSY event was the highlight of there day.... and yes it was very, VERY messy...

Lesson # One... do it in the summer on the porch... not on your carpet in your living room with a 2 year old, a 4 year old, a 6 year old and a 8 year old...

BUT don't worry ALL THE PAINT CAME OFF THE CARPET, AND MY BELLY, AND MY CLOTHES... AND MY KIDS! :D

So only about 4 weeks left ... I don't think my belly could possibly get any bigger.... but it does.... and it won't stop! :D I have officially moved into my husband's closet... When you go from Size 3 jeans to Size Medium Maternity in less then a year... it is a little overwhelming!

Here we are getting started... The paint was cold! I should have warmed it up!
Oh they had no problem slapping on lots of colors!
I think they enjoyed this! What do you think?
Oh my... is that Madison painting my coffee table?
Ooops... I got paint on my arm!
They decided to get cup lids of paint and pour it on my belly... this is when it got really messy
now lets rub it in

LOL! This was just too funny

Madison got paint on her face... and her hair... and her belly
but not as much paint as I had all over me
Ryan gave me a belly massage with the paint
and last but not least... hand prints on my carpet from kids falling with paint on their hand. Thankfully I own a steam cleaner... because it was on my couches and my carpet by the time we were done!

That is the cutest thing I have seen. That is so awesome. What a great way to include the family in the pregnancy! By the way you don't look pregnant with twins!! You are still really small!

Seriously, you are tiny to be pregnant with twins.

You are a brave woman to do that with your kids. I know that paint is washable (it's the best in my opinion) but man...I would have been stressed out watching the mess unfold before my eyes.

Awww, Steph, that is the sweetest thing ever!

And you look GREAT! That's about how big I was full term with only ONE baby in there. Don't even want to know what I would look like with two babies in my tummy!

I can't believe you are pregnant with twins! It really only looks like a singlton in there. Love the idea of letting the kids paint your belly, so much fun. I'm glad to hear that the clean up wasn't too bad.

It's all about scheduling for me. I am a planner and always have been even with bringing a new baby home. They had to be put into my schedule so it was a matter of shuffling around. During naptime, while little man is at preschool, that is when I get into my Word. I have 2-3 hours to have a nice quiet time and check my email. I also get up before the house and check my email, workout, watch the news, shower...I don't have time to just sit and read, I make time. Same with the blog. I schedule my blogs to go out and probably blog once a week. Just post date it to automatically post. Sorry you are having a rough time. This shall pass and once the twins are born and you have healed, you will be back into action.

I was just getting on to tell you how pround I was of you for actually looking pregnant this time. I guess twins is what it took. What a fun little activity! My kids are always begging me to let them paint, they would flip if I let them paint ME. I was excited you put some pictures of you on! You are always the photographer. You look so good! Hang in there you brave girl!

Oh My Goodness! For one, you look incredible. For two, that is such a cool idea! I am two weeks ahead of you and am eternally amazed that my belly can grow any more. That paint is one great way to disguise stretch marks, though... :)

Hey there, it's been a week since you've been on again so I am just checking in to say hello. I hope that things are going great and you are getting as much rest as possible.

I swear my belly was bigger than that with one kiddo. You are such a tiny thing. You'll be back in your regular jeans in no time. I feel for you, though. I remember how miserable those last couple months are. I'm praying the babies will arrive safe and sound. What a joyful event this will be!
