Oh was this soooo much fun!

Everywhere I turned I saw smiles everywhere! This was the most fun, relaxing and stress-free party I ever had to plan... oh wait... I didn't plan it... which is the reason it was stress-free! My sister and I rented out Tumble Time gymnastics. We had to show up with kids and cameras in hand and play and have fun! Set-Up, Clean-up, decorating, planning, timing, food, etc... all taken care of!

I had soooo many pictures I wanted to share. I just couldn't decide on which ones to post! Every child was laughing, playing and posing so I had such a great photo opp! Hope you enjoy!

I have tons of posts to catch up on so expect lots of me! :D

Every Princess Deserves A Castle!!

This is how I spent my day yesterday building my favorite little girls a castle! And this is my best cake yet! EVERYTHING on this cake is edible... minus the "towers of the castle!" I went to Zurcher's and found so many neat things to decorate a cake with.

I now understand why wedding cakes are ridiculously expensive. The hours it takes to bake, decorate and put together a cake is so time consuming. And my kitchen was such a disaster afterwards with icing and powdered sugar on every inch of counter space!

And I am so glad I took pictures prior to transferring the cake to the fridge in the garage because as I was moving the cake... some towers fell over... so now have some touch ups on the cake before tomorrow! My next question is how am I going to get this to the party location without it breaking! UGH! I have no idea! It broke on the way to the garage fridge and that's only a few steps let alone miles away!

So if you have seen this cake before... it is because I copied it! It is part of Wilton's Romantic Castle Kit and the same kit is on the front of the box. I just thought it was perfect the way it was so I re-created it!

The Castle Tops are made of purple fondant with glitter candy on the tops. I used almond extract to put the candy glitter on and it stayed on perfectly!

Wow! I just think it turned out so much better then I thought it would! I don't normally use icing on cakes because I think it is hard to decorate with. But got on you tube and watched some cake decorating videos for some tips.

Putting the cake together was fun! The flowers are just made of icing and I found these candy pearls for the middle of the flowers.
Here are the towers for the castle. Aren't they adorable!

Post for Life with Kaishon

Took me long enough! Okay so this is easier then sending them back through email. Because then I can put them in the correct order! :D

This program is amazing! You will love it if you buy it. Here is the photo you took with filter effects that I added.

ORIGINAL

All I did here was sharpness, color correction and reduced the dark circles under her eyes.

This is using a filter called "Daylight to Tungsten" in Nik Color Effex 3.0. It just added a more dramatic affect to the colors and more color to their faces. I also did a "Dynamic Skin Softener" filter on her face only to smooth out her skin.
This is the same photo I corrected but only with a "Enhanced Foilage" filter. You can see that the trees are more enhanced.

This is using a skylight filter at 37% opacity I used a "Soft Gold" filter on this picture. It gives them color to their face.

This picture was so fun to edit! I love this photo! Wonderful job. Here is the orignal. I love it the way it is!!

I did a "Tonal Contrast" on all my edits listed below. It gave a more dramatic appeal to the pants. I then did a "Dynamic Skin Softener" filter to the hands so that the contrast wasn't as sharp.

On this image I added the "Graduated Filter" Effect. It changed the coloring effect to the photo This photo I did a "High Key" filter. On this photo I did a "Bleach Bypass" filter. I did a "Skylight Filter" on this photo
I did a "Soft Gold Reflector Effect" on this photo

It's amazing how a simple filter can dramatically change the effect of your photo. I emailed you also so look in your email when you have a second! Pleae email me with any questions!
Thanks for sharing these beautiful photos with me! I loved them!!
